Prescription Items

Prescription medicines cannot be returned for a refund once they have been dispatched by the pharmacy. If you possess unwanted prescription products, please take them to a local pharmacy for safe disposal.

Non-Prescription Items

If you decide not to use the goods you've received, you have the right to return them within 30 days of receipt, provided they remain undamaged and unopened. Upon receiving the returned goods, we will issue a refund to the credit or debit card used for the purchase. Please note, postage and packaging costs may be charged, and the return postage cost is covered by the patient. Contact customer service if you wish to initiate a return.

Please be aware that it may take up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, please contact customer care with your order number, name, address, product details, and reason for return, indicating whether you require a refund or replacement. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Incorrect Item Received

If the item delivered differs from what you ordered, contact customer care with your order number, name, address, product details, and reason for return, specifying if you need a refund or replacement.

Refused & Undeliverable Orders

Any undeliverable packages due to incorrect name or address, or if the recipient is not present to collect the package, will be refunded.
